Project 3: Story/Henderson Road Planned Unit Development

This project was programmed to be a master plan to support approximately 90 single-family owner-occupied and rental units. We were responsible for all site-planning issues, landscape design, preparation of design guidelines and criteria for the residential units, and design of all public spaces and recreation areas. Services included conceptual master planning through completion of construction drawings.

Pulling Americas Community’s Together (PACT) Design Study
Dekalb County, Georgia
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) analysis, and preliminary design for 5-project sites in Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties in Metro Atlanta.

Auburn Avenue Warehouse Redevelopment

Landscape planning and design for a renovated historic warehouse, which included residential, commercial, and institutional uses. The project also became the new home of The Black Arts Festival. This project is located within the Martin Luther King, Jr. Historic District.
